This will be my last post before Christmas - unless fortunes blesses me with more than 20 minutes between eggnogs - so this is my chance to wish you and yours a Merry and Festive Non Denomination Winter Solstice and Associated Malarkey.

Things I have learned this year:

1) When it comes to design and build, there is no such thing as Too Over Budget.

2) Sometimes a chap needs a push.

3) Putting up shelves is hard.

4) I love my wife - though I doubt her sanity.
