I saw a tiny clip from this on the Culture Show last night. (Yes, that’s right motherfuckers, the Culture Show.) It’s Gustavo Dudamel conducting the Simón Bolívar Youth Orchestra of Venezuela*.

Now, never mind the performance which is second to none, and never mind the fact that it’s my favourite of all Bernstein’s tunes. (Yes, that’s right motherfuckers, I have a favourite Bernstein tune.) The best thing about this video is: Orchestra In Nationalistic Shellsuits. How often do you get a Googlebomb like that?
