An Incontrovertible Truth
I’ve been in the “industry” for more years than I care to mention and I’ve seen pretty much everything that’s out there. I’ve come to the conclusion that, as of the time of writing, there are still only two websites that you really *need*.
They are this one and this one.
Everything else either flows from one or the other, or is a development of it.

My Aches and Pains Enumerated
Basically, I’m falling to pieces and am becoming concerned.
With the wedding coming up, both Gem and I have been trying to lose a bit of weight. I’m generally pretty much “feh!” about my weight, but I really hate my beer gut.
Being clever, I sat down and identified three things that are wrong with my lifestyle:
1) No excercise
